Holistic TLC: Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking Fees and Deposits
1.1 To secure an appointment at Holistic TLC, a non-refundable booking fee (or deposit) is required at the time of reservation.
1.2 This fee covers the immediate administrative costs of scheduling, room preparation, and the reservation of professional time.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 All outstanding balances for treatments must be settled in full upon arrival or 24 hours prior to the appointment, as specified during your booking.
2.2 We accept payment via Stripe, bank transfer, or cash.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
3.1 All deposits and booking fees are strictly non-refundable. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding contract for professional services.
3.2 We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or if you are no longer able to attend the scheduled session.
3.3 If a service has been performed with reasonable care and skill, no refunds will be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. If the required notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred to a future date, subject to availability.
4.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of the booking fee.
4.3 No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the total loss of all monies paid. We reserve the right to require full pre-payment for any future bookings.
5. Statutory Rights and Cooling Off
5.1 These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a remedy only if a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or does not match its description.
5.2 Distance Selling Regulations: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, online bookings for services on specific dates are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cooling off period (Regulation 28(1)(h)).
5.3 By selecting a specific time and date for your treatment, you expressly agree that the service (specifically the reservation of that time slot) begins immediately upon booking. Consequently, you waive the right to a refund of the booking fee once the administrative process is complete.
6. Late Arrivals
6.1 If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing subsequent clients. The full cost of the scheduled treatment will still apply.
